Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • assist other departments with clerical duties when required
