Job Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally
  • Manage incoming phone calls and visitor inquiries courteously
  • Schedule and communicate resident transportation
  • File medical records and maintain necessary forms
  • Serve as backup for the Health Information Director
  • Provide administrative support to department directors including phone handling, correspondence, supply ordering, and mail processing
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct
  • Attend required training and participate in audits
  • Support quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive work environment
