Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in the local construction community a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Regular attendance Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet DPR guests both internal and external
  • Effectively and efficiently route guests to the appropriate people
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate person as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance as the ambassador of DPR
  • Ship/mail packages, check mail daily and timely deliver to appropriate person
  • Order breakfast/lunch for meetings as needed
  • Order and organize kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages, ensuring all kitchen areas are stocked
  • Order, organize and maintain office supplies and related inventory
  • Ensure supply closet, shared spaces, and conference rooms are always tidy and presentable for guests, including weekly cleaning of whiteboards
  • Book hotel and flight reservations for out of town guests
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal events
  • Assist with new hire onboarding as needed
