Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in the local construction community a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Regular attendance Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Meet and greet DPR guests both internal and external
- Effectively and efficiently route guests to the appropriate people
- Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate person as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance as the ambassador of DPR
- Ship/mail packages, check mail daily and timely deliver to appropriate person
- Order breakfast/lunch for meetings as needed
- Order and organize kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages, ensuring all kitchen areas are stocked
- Order, organize and maintain office supplies and related inventory
- Ensure supply closet, shared spaces, and conference rooms are always tidy and presentable for guests, including weekly cleaning of whiteboards
- Book hotel and flight reservations for out of town guests
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal events
- Assist with new hire onboarding as needed
