Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
  • support the Perfect Patient Experience process by facilitating patient visits and ensuring comfort during appointments
  • schedule appointments to enable smooth and productive days for healthcare providers
  • interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during their wait times
  • answer telephones promptly and manage calls efficiently and thoroughly
  • complete all daily tasks on the front office checklist
  • post payments to patient accounts in line with company policies
  • serve as subject matter expert in practice management systems regarding patient registration, e-check in, and account information accuracy
  • efficiently check in patients, obtain necessary consents, and notify back office of arrivals with pertinent information
  • confirm all patient appointments according to office confirmation policies at least two days in advance
  • return and resolve patient messages from the Contact Center promptly
  • actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
  • understand business imperatives and the role's impact on metrics
  • demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand by making decisions consistent with the brand framework
  • support clinicians in patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
  • maintain professional appearance and demeanor according to company policies
  • ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies
  • perform other duties as assigned
