Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Colorado Medical Enforcement Division (MED) badge
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) certificate
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more multiple times per day
Willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greeting customers in a friendly manner
Compliantly checking IDs according to Colorado MED laws and company SOPs
Scanning customers into the POS system
Organizing customer queues to ensure order and safety
Signing in visitors to the guest log and verifying permissions
Answering phone calls professionally and directing to appropriate team members
Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and front-store area
