Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or post-secondary education in business or office management is preferred
  • HOA and/or property management experience is a plus
  • able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds
  • may require prolonged monitor viewing

Job Duties

  • Unlock/lock lobby doors and disarm/arm alarms promptly at 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • power on TVs and monitors daily
  • greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct phone calls professionally
  • update homeowner information in relevant systems and process payments
  • keep the reception and common areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages
  • log checks for payments in the receipt book
  • deliver returned mail to the Facilities Coordinator
  • collaborate with shipment vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • assist in planning and organizing office events and meetings
