Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly

- Computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
Job Duties
- Receiving all incoming calls and directing them to the person they need to speak to
- Assisting them with any questions or concerns they might have
- Taking detailed notes on each call and maintaining internal records
- Responding to customer emails and helping find solutions to their problems
- Communicating directly with your office team members and the office manager
- Learning company specific software and using it effectively
- Assisting in other areas of the office if it is required
- Developing an understanding of our services to effectively communicate them
- Contacting your manager for assistance if you are unable to solve a problem
