Job Duties

  • Receiving all incoming calls and directing them to the person they need to speak to
  • Assisting them with any questions or concerns they might have
  • Taking detailed notes on each call and maintaining internal records
  • Responding to customer emails and helping find solutions to their problems
  • Communicating directly with your office team members and the office manager
  • Learning company specific software and using it effectively
  • Assisting in other areas of the office if it is required
  • Developing an understanding of our services to effectively communicate them
  • Contacting your manager for assistance if you are unable to solve a problem
