- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk activities including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs
- Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and general administrative support
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Support office management tasks as needed
