Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk activities including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and general administrative support
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Support office management tasks as needed
