Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with general office procedures and equipment
Basic computer skills
Experience operating a two-way radio and general announcing system
Some bookkeeping skills focused on data entry
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Active, valid driver’s license

Job Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for staff, individuals and visitors to the facility
Answer a multi-line phone system and provide high-level customer service including answering general questions
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges and enforcing access control
Monitor visitor activity and video surveillance
Contact police and/or fire departments in emergencies and act as first responder for emergency situations
