Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years working in an administrative field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Must be flexible with schedule and work on holidays

Job Duties
- Provide general reception and customer service
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and assist callers with information
- Greet residents and visitors and provide information and direction
- Receive and distribute customer service calls and emails via the work order system
- Process new residents’ setup
- Copy and distribute committee minutes, memorandums, and reports
- Oversee maintenance and administration of telephones and office equipment and maintain postage machine balance
