Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years customer service experience preferred
  • ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • occasionally/regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs
  • frequent walking and movement between floors/departments
  • professional office setting with low to moderate noise

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • punctual and dependable
  • excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills
  • maintain clean and organized work environment
  • working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to prioritize projects frequently
  • strong proofreading abilities
  • typing speed of 45-55 words per minute
  • strong phone etiquette skills
  • strong analytical, documentation, and people skills
  • ability to handle confidential matters
  • ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as a liaison between field employees and RSC employees
  • answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to appropriate person
  • direct visitors to the appropriate person(s) and conference room(s)
  • ensure vendors/customers are greeted promptly and professionally
  • maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • maintain office employee in/out log at front desk
  • maintain front office housekeeping standards
  • support HR department with various projects and administrative duties
  • support store employees with various questions and needs
  • maintain supply room and replenish inventory when needed
  • uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
  • handle employee returns
  • perform special projects as assigned
