Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage time and multi-task effectively
  • Must be dedicated to providing high-quality customer support
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts Monday through Saturday during Service Department hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not necessary
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Good time management with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer support

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services and past due appointments
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and department goals by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude
  • Manage fleet of loaner vehicles
  • Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks
