- Experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Duties
- Represent Sonora Hospital at the front desk and on the main phone line
- Ensure all patients are greeted promptly and professionally
- Provide effective screening of telephone calls by identifying callers’ needs and responding appropriately
- Receive calls from contracted and non-contracted hospitals, completing inquiry call sheets
- Initiate completion of history and demographic forms from patients or guardians
- Obtain copies of driver’s license and insurance card from registered patient visitors
- Provide clerical support to various departments including copying, filing, and sorting documents as backup to medical records specialists
