Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college or vocational training preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Reception experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor with proven customer service abilities
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors, assisting employees, answering calls, and managing front office duties
  • Support the NW Regional Director with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, checks, and FedEx shipments
  • Validate parking and manage vendor/service issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of internal systems, directories, and carrier/vendor platforms
  • Provide operational and client support including data entry, document prep, report generation, and mailings
  • Coordinate meetings and events, manage office/breakroom supplies, and ensure meeting room tech is ready
  • Assist with equipment returns, maintenance requests, and complete cross-departmental projects as assigned
