- 1 year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and highly organized
- knowledge of MS Office
- must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care

Job Duties
- Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
- operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
- maintain long distance call logs
- take and distribute accurate messages
- greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
- issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
- alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
- respond to routine inquiries such as organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address
- book meeting rooms
- type, organize and distribute mail
- receive and send courier packages
- perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks
