Job Requirements

- Must be currently enrolled in a cosmetology program or have related experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic arithmetic skills for transaction processing

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, online check-in and the wait time monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Manage answering phone
- Inform customers about services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- Dedicate to great customer service
- Work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
- Effectively resolve customer issues
