Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of multiline phone experience and/or reception duties preferred
- Typing skills and 10-key operation required
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend and perform repetitive motions
- Light lifting and carrying of files and materials
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of multiline phone experience and/or reception duties preferred
- Typing and 10-key operation skills required
- Computer skills preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner
- Assist callers by quickly determining caller needs and directing calls appropriately
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to exchange information
- Greet and direct visitors professionally
- Verify and register guests before allowing access to secured areas
- Partner with building maintenance for office upkeep
- Coordinate office vendors to maintain efficient operations
- Receive premium payments, prepare receipts, and secure premiums
- Maintain the lobby as a professional first impression
- Assist in developing and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Complete clerical duties such as address changes, documenting survey results, preparing packets
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Attend to safety of employees and guests
- Provide front line communication in urgent or emergency situations
