We are currently seeking a dedicated Patient Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between new and existing patients and our healthcare providers. The Patient Scheduler will be instrumental in handling multiple communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to schedule patient appointments strategically. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are critical to succeeding in this position. The ideal candidate must possess fluency in Spanish to assist our diverse patient population effectively, alongside strong computer proficiency with applications such as Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Typing skills of over 50 words per minute are required to maintain responsiveness and accuracy in scheduling tasks.

The Patient Scheduler position demands interaction with a varied group of stakeholders including doctors, attorneys, patients, and co-workers, requiring both professionalism and empathy in all exchanges. Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach above shoulder length, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 20 pounds.
