Job Requirements

Active student currently attending beautician, barber, or cosmetology school
Scheduled to graduate from cosmetology or barber school soon
Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and peak salon hours
Basic proficiency in handling cash and point-of-sale systems
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

Current enrollment in cosmetology or barber school
Scheduled to graduate soon from cosmetology school
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of salon services and retail products
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Problem-solving skills
Cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Demonstrate general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Manage answering phone calls
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Work a flexible schedule including peak times
Provide dedication to great customer service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
