Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
customer service experience
ability to work flexible hours including peak times
strong communication skills
proficiency in handling cash transactions
capability to resolve customer issues efficiently
ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
customer service experience preferred
basic knowledge of retail products
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and organized demeanor

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and the wait time monitor
process transactions and issue receipts
possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
manage answering phone and inform customers about services
