Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and the wait time monitor
  • process transactions and issue receipts
  • possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • manage answering phone and inform customers about services
