Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors, assisting employees, answering calls, and managing front office duties
- Support the NW Regional Director with clerical and administrative tasks
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, checks, and FedEx shipments
- Validate parking and manage vendor/service issues
- Maintain working knowledge of internal systems, directories, and carrier/vendor platforms
- Provide operational and client support including data entry, document prep, report generation, and mailings
- Coordinate meetings and events, manage office/breakroom supplies, and ensure meeting room tech is ready
- Assist with equipment returns, maintenance requests, and complete cross-departmental projects as assigned
