The Workplace Services team at TriNet manages the entire lifecycle of company facilities worldwide, from site selection through leasing, design, construction, and ongoing operations. This particular role involves serving as the vital first point of contact for visitors, customers, colleagues, and callers. Reporting to the Real Estate and Facilities Manager, the role demands professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle a diverse range of clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone communications, overseeing mail and scanning operations, coordinating visitor check-ins and security badge distribution, and supporting various department needs such as document preparation, meeting coordination, and onsite event support.

The salary range for this location is between $21.00 and $24.28 per hour, with final offers based on skills, education, work location, and experience. Eligible employees can also benefit from bonuses aligned with the corporate bonus plan. Job Requirements
- General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training required
- 1+ years experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience required
- Experience in a corporate or professional work environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and postage machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and email
- Ability to multitask and resume focus after interruptions

Job Duties
- Delivers excellent customer service to incoming customers, visitors, and colleagues
- Ensures all visitors and guests are professionally greeted and connected with their TriNet host
- Answers and manages incoming calls in a professional manner
- Manages mail and scanning services to support all business lines
- Manages the Visitor Management process including check-in and distribution of Security Access badges
- Serves as a resource for department needs including preparing documents, presentations, printing, scanning, etc.
- Serves as a resource and coordinator for on-site meetings and events including securing conference rooms and receiving catering orders
- Works as a contributing team member toward Workplace Services goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
