Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift up to 10 pounds
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors in office
- Operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel
- Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
- Welcome on-site visitors and announce them to appropriate personnel
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times
