Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift up to 10 pounds
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors in office
  • Operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
  • Welcome on-site visitors and announce them to appropriate personnel
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully
  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times
