Job Duties

  • Manage all daily administrative duties
  • greet and welcome patients
  • check patients in and create a memorable experience
  • provide amazing customer service
  • build relationships with patients, physicians, and staff
  • schedule patients for the entire duration of their plan of care
  • answer multi-line phone system
  • intake patients, gather demographics and insurance information
  • coordinate referrals and patient charts
  • work closely with Physical Therapists to facilitate patient care
  • obtain authorizations for treatment
  • collect patient co-pays and assist billing office
  • perform special projects and duties as assigned
