Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
excellent communication skills
strong organizational skills
ability to use multi-line phone systems
proficiency with computer software
ability to manage time effectively
friendly and professional demeanor
ability to work as part of a team
dependable and responsible

Job Duties

Manage all daily administrative duties
greet and welcome patients
check patients in and create a memorable experience
provide amazing customer service
build relationships with patients, physicians, and staff
schedule patients for the entire duration of their plan of care
answer multi-line phone system
intake patients, gather demographics and insurance information
coordinate referrals and patient charts
work closely with Physical Therapists to facilitate patient care
obtain authorizations for treatment
collect patient co-pays and assist billing office
perform special projects and duties as assigned
