Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or non-profit environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused mindset
- Bilingual preferred
