Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or non-profit environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused mindset
  • Bilingual preferred
