Job Duties
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly demeanor
- Maintain proper email etiquette in all written communications
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate service scheduling, including permit inspections and equipment rentals
- Accurately receive and relay information in person, by phone, and via email
- Manage physical and digital filing systems efficiently
- Support planning and coordination of company events and activities
- Prepare and submit permit applications

- Oversee organization, storage, and distribution of office and company supplies
- Order and receive office supplies in a timely manner
- Record and distribute detailed and accurate meeting minutes
- Maintain and update office procedures and policy documentation
