Job Duties

  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly demeanor
  • Maintain proper email etiquette in all written communications
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Coordinate service scheduling, including permit inspections and equipment rentals
  • Accurately receive and relay information in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage physical and digital filing systems efficiently
  • Support planning and coordination of company events and activities
  • Prepare and submit permit applications
  • schedule and track inspections
  • Oversee organization, storage, and distribution of office and company supplies
  • Order and receive office supplies in a timely manner
  • Record and distribute detailed and accurate meeting minutes
  • Maintain and update office procedures and policy documentation
