Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist all customers and guests entering the facility
  • Manage a multi-line phone system
  • Route calls and take accurate messages as needed
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Send faxes, emails, and other communications as requested
  • Maintain organized filing systems and customer records
  • Provide general administrative support, including creating and processing work orders, customer files, and internal documents
  • Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
