Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and assist all customers and guests entering the facility
- Manage a multi-line phone system
- Route calls and take accurate messages as needed
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Send faxes, emails, and other communications as requested
- Maintain organized filing systems and customer records
- Provide general administrative support, including creating and processing work orders, customer files, and internal documents
- Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
