Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Willingness to cover shifts at locations not typically assigned
  • Ability to work in a clinical studio environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Capability to handle repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols regarding infectious diseases and blood borne pathogens
  • Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • CPR and/or BLS certification preferred
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean welcoming studio environment
  • Interact with individuals in the reception area
  • Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms
  • Collect payments
  • Notify the clinical team of patient's arrival
  • Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members
  • Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information
  • Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently
  • Set up accounts and create charts for new patients
  • Maintain a team first and patient first attitude
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
