Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in office settings
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a professional office setting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Making a memorable first impression to callers and visitors to our office
  • Providing high level administrative support
  • Coordinating meetings and events for clients and associates
  • Receiving, sending, and distributing mail and packages
  • Typing and copying correspondence, reports, and other documents for distribution to clients and associates
  • Scanning and filing documents and pdf files
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for office associates
  • Assisting in planning, setup, and tear down for office events
  • Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Acting as an office-wide resource to support all associates with client service
