This receptionist position is based in Atlanta, GA, with employment anticipated from June 25, 2025, to June 24, 2026, offering a potential extension beyond the initial 12-month contract. The role is full-time and requires in-office attendance five days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. This is a non-exempt hourly position with a pay range from $21.00 to $24.64 per hour on a W2 basis.
The receptionist will be stationed at the company’s headquarters front desk, serving as the first point of contact for employees and guests entering the Experience Center. The ideal candidate will facilitate a welcoming and professional atmosphere and function as a brand ambassador by demonstrating passion and commitment to exceptional guest service. Responsibilities encompass managing the primary phone coverage for the main telephone line of the operation (note: this is separate from the main 1-800 call center), providing assistance with guest inquiries, and addressing customer concerns by documenting complaints in an internal tracking system. Additional duties include arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, granting access in coordination with the Security team, and supporting facility management by submitting repair orders for any office needs. The receptionist will occasionally escort guests and VIPs on facility tours and provide assistance to both the Experience Center and Customer Relations team for various projects.
This role requires an outgoing, charismatic individual with strong organizational skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. The receptionist must be proficient in phone systems, MS-Windows, and Microsoft Office applications and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Physical requirements include the occasional ability to move equipment, boxes, and luggage weighing up to 40 pounds. The candidate must exhibit a warm and empathetic demeanor, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s brand values. Punctuality and dependability are critical, with the understanding that there may be occasional early evening shifts to support key corporate events. This position does not require any travel.

Job Duties
- Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard
- Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Assist with customer questions or concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the system
- Provide a warm welcome to all employees and guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is representative of brand standards
- Assist with inquiries at the front desk including arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, and engaging employees
- Coordinate with Security team in granting access to guests and providing guest passes
- Coordinate and assist facilities team with addressing office needs and inputting repair orders into the service request system
- Assist Experience Center and Customer Relations team with project work as necessary
- Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs
- Escort guests through facility
