Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office, data entry, or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts
- Ability to pass DOT drug testing and physical exams
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates
- Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules
- Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records
- Coordinate employee benefits at the contract level
- Maintain contract files and records
- Answer the phone and redirect calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- prepare agenda, send faxes, emails and mail as required
- Input and extract data from fleet MIS system for management and the client
- Perform other duties as required
