Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office ensuring a smooth transition of information, resources and paper flow
  • Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate personnel
  • Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
  • Receive incoming mail and forward to Operations Director
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Maintain updated roster of clients
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all records and correspondence
