Job Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong initiative and leadership abilities
  • Reliable and responsible team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office computer applications
  • Ability to effectively respond to diverse client needs

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers
  • Greet and welcome customers warmly
  • Set a positive tone for customer interactions
  • Check in VIP appointments and direct customers appropriately
  • Coordinate front desk activities including managing phone calls
  • Track incoming sales calls using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily
  • Assist customers with inquiries directed to the reception desk
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and operational efficiency
