Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to two years related experience and/or training preferred
- excellent multitasking skills
- proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- courteous, friendly, helpful attitude
- willing to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background check

Job Duties
- Responsible for office reception functions including greeting customers/vendors
- provide general administrative support for managers and staff
- receive and distribute mail and respond to routine correspondence
- create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence
- maintain several types of records
- complete special projects as required
- accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP
- distribute and process AP invoices
- other duties as assigned
