This Receptionist position is a 100% onsite contract role with the potential for extension, offering candidates an opportunity to be an integral part of a vibrant team. The role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations at the headquarters. The individual in this position will be responsible for handling all inquiries made at the company’s front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone entering the Experience center. They will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, providing exceptional telephone coverage for the main company switchboard (excluding the 1-800 call center line).
Serving as the Porsche Brand ambassador, the Receptionist will exude passion and professionalism, assisting guests with a variety of service needs while maintaining the company’s brand standards. Duties include answering and transferring phone calls, managing customer concerns by documenting complaints in an internal tracking system, assisting with guest logistics such as transportation arrangements and luggage storage, and coordinating with security and facilities teams to grant access and manage facility needs. Additionally, the role involves project support for the Experience center and Customer Relations teams, providing occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs, and escorting visitors throughout the premises.
Ideal candidates for this position will have a minimum of two years of receptionist experience or a related role, with a high school diploma or higher education. A genuine customer service orientation, an outgoing and charismatic personality, and a warm, empathetic demeanor are essential. Candidates should be proficient with phone systems and possess intermediate skills in MS-Windows and MS-Office applications. Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills are critical to managing the diverse responsibilities efficiently. The ability to occasionally handle equipment or luggage up to 40 lbs is also required.

Job Duties
- Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard
- Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Assist with customer questions and concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the C@P system
- Provide a warm welcome to all employees and guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is representative of our brand standards
- Assist with inquiries at the front desk including but not limited to arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, and engaging employees when needed
- Coordinate with Security team in granting access to guests and providing guest passes as needed
- Coordinate and assist facilities team with addressing Experience center common area office needs and inputting repair orders into service request system
- Assist Experience center and Customer Relations team with project work as necessary
- Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs
- Escort guests through facility
