Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or related role
  • Some automotive knowledge a plus
  • Outgoing and charismatic personality
  • Warm welcoming and empathetic demeanor

  • Ability to occasionally move equipment, boxes and luggage weighing up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard
  • Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties
  • Assist with customer questions and concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the C@P system
  • Provide a warm welcome to all employees and guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is representative of our brand standards
  • Assist with inquiries at the front desk including but not limited to arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, and engaging employees when needed
  • Coordinate with Security team in granting access to guests and providing guest passes as needed
  • Coordinate and assist facilities team with addressing Experience center common area office needs and inputting repair orders into service request system
  • Assist Experience center and Customer Relations team with project work as necessary
  • Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs
  • Escort guests through facility
