Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration or receptionist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, senior management, staff, and vendors
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to perform frequent reaching, bending, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task duties
  • Follow directions and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College degree and/or related experience and training preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration or receptionist experience
  • Proven computer experience including proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Ensures smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly and effectively
  • Ensures front-of-house area is staffed with reception present during all business hours
  • Performs general office duties including sorting and delivering mail, outgoing shipping, wayfinding support, facilitating tours, and assisting internal clients
  • Answers phone calls promptly and professionally, redirecting as necessary
  • Provides professional, courteous, and accurate service to employees and customers
  • Greets customers with a smile and maintains a neat, professional appearance
  • Maintains cleanliness and condition of front-of-house, submitting work orders as needed
  • Quickly learns and follows detailed instructions
  • Independently answers questions and solves problems using various resources
  • Properly uses software, technology, and equipment necessary for duties
  • Provides warm welcome to visitors and manages visitor log
  • Adheres to all safety and security protocols, collaborates with Security to monitor front-of-house spaces
  • Supports lost and found and luggage management following operating procedures
  • Performs daily responsibilities with initiative including opening/closing tasks, stocking supplies, meeting deadlines
  • Supports Executives and VIPs with meeting setup, catering, and supply needs
  • Assists with special projects as requested
