high school diploma or equivalent
experience as a receptionist or one year in a customer service role preferred
excellent interpersonal skills
punctual and reliable
ability to handle confidential information respectfully
proficiency in basic office software
good organizational abilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet all facility guests
direct calls and guests to the appropriate party
provide office and clerical support to the facilities team
receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
ensure residents are comfortable and safe through attentive service
manage incoming phone calls professionally
maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
