Currently, IST Management Services is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Receptionists in a full-time, direct-hire capacity. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient and welcoming front office atmosphere at client sites. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with no night or weekend shifts, which provides an excellent work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, reflecting the valuable contribution that the Receptionist will make to the company.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, making it crucial to project professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Key responsibilities include managing high call volumes, greeting guests warmly, scheduling conference rooms, and performing various administrative operations like typing correspondence, filing, data entry, and sorting mail. The role also demands a high level of customer care, organizational skills, and the ability to work cooperatively within a team.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior receptionist or administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications including keyboarding and Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be able to follow established business procedures
  • Able to work under direction and take initiative
  • Adherence to attendance policy
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Ability to provide COVID-19 vaccination card due to client site mandate or willingness to be considered for other positions without this requirement

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform reception duties which include smiling, greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functions
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
