Job Duties

  • Answering phones, following up with clients via calls/emails/messaging
  • creating client charts
  • providing caring customer service to everyone who comes in, making them feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated
  • ability to multitask
  • registering clients / processing paperwork
  • maintaining a well-stocked office / purchasing / ordering missing items / inventory
  • communicating with clinical office staff as needed
  • faxing, filing, and general office duties
  • collecting co-pays and patient balances
  • creating office forms
  • verifying insurance for new patients
  • assisting with calls to insurance companies as needed
  • accounts receivable
