Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • minimum 2 years receptionist experience
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
  • ability to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • work onsite in Seattle, WA

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of prior receptionist experience
  • experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • excellent customer service skills
  • professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • experience with front desk operations

Job Duties

  • Sit at the main reception area and serve as the initial point of contact for visitors
  • answer and manage phone calls efficiently
  • greet guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • respond to emails promptly and accurately
  • provide hospitality services including beverage setup and meal arrangements
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
