Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- availability to work full time Monday through Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
- ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check
- good problem-solving skills
- strong work ethic
- ability to interact professionally with tenants and team members
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask
- basic understanding of property management or willingness to learn
- reliable transportation for monthly property visits
- proficiency with phone systems and office software
- ability to pass a thorough background check
Job Duties
- Accurately direct inbound phone calls to the appropriate leasing or property management team
- balance new leads across the leasing teams and schedule tours
- interact with and appropriately direct walk-in tenants and prospective tenants
- answer tenant questions related to move in or out dates, ledger balances, work order requests, and basic lease questions
- follow up with residents on work orders
- maintain office appearance, unlock and lock office daily, collect mail
- be responsible for company audits relating to property management leases and garages
