Job Description
This position is a part-time role with a commitment of 16 hours per week, including weekend availability. The role will be based out of both the Perrysburg and Toledo locations, providing support across these offices. Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency, and this role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth office operations and superior customer service. As an essential support team member, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, friendly, and hospitable environment. You will manage administrative responsibilities such as handling incoming calls, mail distribution, and assisting with agency mailings, statistical data entries, and office supply management. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThe role emphasizes confidentiality and professionalism, especially with sensitive information such as patient-related material. You will be expected to proficiently operate multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office applications while demonstrating problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic. This position also involves contributing to staff training, specifically in the use of phone and voicemail systems, and leveraging available technology to enhance work efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to attend scheduled staff meetings and complete mandatory training as part of your duties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience and/or administrative experience in an office environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong data entry and computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task, problem solve and work independently
- Possesses the ability to operate a multi-line phone system
