Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in customer services, human services, business or technology
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related field or 5 years in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service ability and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be or willing to become a Notary Public
  • Friendly, customer-focused and professional representation
  • Effective communication between clients and agency
  • Must complete suitable CORI and SORI within first 30 days
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
