The role offered by Excelsia Injury Care focuses on patient communication and administrative support. This position is central to maintaining a smooth workflow in scheduling and managing patient interactions. Responsibilities include calling new patients to initiate their care process, scheduling appointments effectively, maintaining clear and consistent patient communication, and managing email correspondence. This role requires a candidate who is not only highly organized but also able to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders including doctors, attorneys, patients, and colleagues. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in computer applications such as Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, are essential for success in this role.
Candidates must be bilingual, with the ability to speak Spanish fluently to support Excelsia’s diverse patient population better. The role demands physical flexibility including the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 20 lbs. These physical requirements ensure that the candidate can perform the varied tasks efficiently in support of healthcare operations.
