Job Description
This full-time position involves receiving calls, determining their nature, and directing callers to their destination. The role also includes answering basic inquiries, routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing general information to all callers. Essential duties include greeting walk-in customers, directing customers to the correct departments, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining office supplies, managing the mailing system, and assisting with clerical tasks. Marginal duties encompass cross-training others, filling in for administrative positions as needed, working on special projects, maintaining a professional appearance, and handling other assigned duties. The work environment is primarily in an office setting with a moderate noise level.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read, write, and present information effectively
- basic math skills
- common sense understanding
- problem-solving skills in standardized situations
- valid Driver's License
- acceptable MVR insurability standards
- ability to pass background and drug screening processes
- ability to sit, talk, occasionally stand and walk, occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, and adjust focus
- close vision required.
