Job Description
Artëgan Communities, specializing in managed Retirement, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer communities, is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is the initial point of contact for visitors, responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment, answering calls, greeting guests, and ensuring adherence to First Impressions Standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year practical secretarial or similar experience
- able to work efficiently under interruptions
- able to multi-task
- fluent in English
- organized with attention to detail
- professional appearance and demeanor
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- proficient in basic math
- previous healthcare setting experience preferred
- strong work ethic
- genuine interest in the elderly
- ability to relate effectively with diverse individuals
- clean background check

- familiarity with infection control measures
- ability to work independently and prioritize resident safety
- COVID-19 negative test may be required
