Job Description

Artëgan Communities, specializing in managed Retirement, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer communities, is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is the initial point of contact for visitors, responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment, answering calls, greeting guests, and ensuring adherence to First Impressions Standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year practical secretarial or similar experience
  • able to work efficiently under interruptions
  • able to multi-task
  • fluent in English

  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • proficient in basic math
  • previous healthcare setting experience preferred
