Receptionist

The world's leading entertainment streaming service is looking for a Receptionist for an on-site 6-month contract in Seattle, WA. Must have no H1B Visa status. Hourly rate up to $27 per hour, plus benefits through Talent Table. General Responsibilities: Create an inclusive environment by greeting guests, candidates, and visitors; order supplies for the front desk and workplace team; communicate and coordinate with internal employees upon guest arrival; work cross-functionally with key stakeholders; assist with special projects; assign, monitor, and complete employee requests; perform administrative tasks; maintain cleanliness and hygiene in reception areas; coordinate with the security team for emergencies; assist with event setup; conduct office walk-throughs for maintenance needs; manage restocking of shared resources; expertise with Google Suite and experience using Slack.
