Receptionist

VCA Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team and provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering emails, and managing online food and prescription requests. The position requires availability for 30-40 hours per week, including one to two Saturdays per month, within operating hours of 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
