Receptionist

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets. Responsibilities include fielding phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering emails, and monitoring online requests. The position requires availability for 30-40 hours weekly, including 1-2 Saturdays per month, operating from 7 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
