Job Description

We are currently hiring a receptionist/concierge who must be customer service-oriented and able to communicate effectively while working cohesively with others in a professional, fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include managing inbound phone calls on a multi-line phone system, POS system management, client coordination for appointment setting and check-in/check-out, cash register management and handling, prior scheduling/appointment setting experience, excellent phone etiquette, customer service experience in a luxury environment, strong communication skills, problem-solving capacity, making decisions under pressure, multitasking, cash handling, salon opening and closing procedures, maintaining a professional and stylish appearance, precise attention to detail, and ability to calmly adapt to stressful situations.
